If ever in Cologne, the Braustelle is the place to go for every Craft Beer lover: Small batches brewed right on the spot (you can actually watch), serving local beer styles (Kölsch, Alt) as well as fancy new stuff (go for the Pink Panther brewed with hibiscus!), and even the food is home-made. Situated in Cologne-Ehrenfeld, where the hipster-age mingles with the old migrant community, it might not be very central, but if are looking for the best brewhouse (and the smallest one, too), you should not miss this place!
