Brussels, of course, is packed with marvellous beer-places. Anyway, the „Nanobrasserie L‘ Ermitage“ is special: You have to make it all through Stalingrad (the city quarter, not the battle) to get there. Well, it is actually only a 20 minutes walk from the center, but keep your eyes open, because the places is hidden behind a small entrance door. But this does cover a really cool inner quod and the brewery’s premesis. If you are lucky, you can watch the Ermitage team brewing, everything is open and transparent. If not: Make your choice out of ten brews on tap and take a seat on wooden euro palettes or empty beer kegs. The taphouse is kind of industrial, whereas the ouside area offers a nice view on the slightly run down art-decor-building, the brewery is located in.
