Brewery 2085 (Kiev)

If ever in Kiev, you should most defenitly visit the „Brewery 2085“. Though it might be located in suburbia, the area itself, an art district, makes it worth going – and so does the beer!

Kiev is not on your list of places to see in the nearer future? Well, what a miss! The Ukrainian capital is a vibrant town full of history, culture, architecture – and of course some nice places to have a decent drink!

My advice is: Go for the red metro line and visit the brewery 2085 right next to the final station. 2085 is located on the cultural spot „Art Zavod“ (the factory of art), offering various places to eat, drink, enjoy. If you are enthusiastic about street art and grafitti, you will like this place even more!

The brewery itself is recently working on its taproom, but you can already get their beers in the neighbouring cafes.

Oh, and if you wnat to explore the real post-soviet east more deeply: Next door to the breweries facilities you will find the „Lisowska“-Market, a big farmers market offering literary everything you are looking for!
